Stage 7 finished on the brutal Grand Colombier after a 133.6 km route with multiple early climbs and a steep final 8.4 km ascent averaging over 10%. Paul Seixas crashed early and rejoined after a long chase. Juan Ayuso attacked on the final climb; Isaac Del Toro caught and dropped him to take the stage, while Luke Tuckwell kept the overall lead.
