Red Bull - Bora - Hansgrohe

Ralph Denk founded the squad in 2010 as Team NetApp, a German Continental outfit registered in Bavaria, and led it through the name changes that followed. It moved up to Professional Continental for 2011, absorbed the Scottish Endura Racing team to race as Team NetApp-Endura in 2013 and 2014, then changed backers again to become Bora-Argon 18 for 2015 and 2016.

A UCI WorldTeam licence followed for 2017, along with the name Bora-Hansgrohe and the signing of Peter Sagan from Tinkoff. Bora makes kitchen extractor systems and Hansgrohe bathroom fittings, both German manufacturers. Sagan won the world road race title at Bergen in 2017, Paris-Roubaix in 2018, and the Tour de France points classification in 2018 and 2019. Maximilian Schachmann won Paris-Nice in 2020 and 2021.

The emphasis moved to stage racing as Sagan's spell ended in 2021. Emanuel Buchmann had finished fourth at the 2019 Tour de France and Lennard Kämna won stages at the 2020 Tour and the 2022 Giro. Jai Hindley took the 2022 Giro d'Italia, the team's first Grand Tour general classification, then won at Laruns on the 2023 Tour and pulled on the yellow jersey. Jordi Meeus won the closing sprint on the Champs-Élysées that July.

Red Bull bought a controlling stake, approved in January 2024, and the squad raced as Red Bull - Bora - Hansgrohe from that year's Tour de France onwards. Bora and Hansgrohe both stayed on the jersey alongside the new title sponsor.

Primož Roglič arrived for 2024 and won the Vuelta a España in his first season with the team, adding a fourth Vuelta win to the three he took with Jumbo-Visma. Florian Lipowitz finished third at the 2025 Tour de France and won the young rider classification, the first German on the Tour podium since Andreas Klöden in 2006.
