Race organisers have confirmed the full team selections for the 110th Tour of Flanders on April 5, 2026, with 25 men's squads and a women's field featuring six wildcard invitations set to contest the Flemish Monument.

The men's race will start from Antwerp at 10:00, covering 270km to Oudenaarde, while the women's edition begins at 13:15 from Oudenaarde's Markt for a 164km route over the same decisive climbs.

Men's field includes seven ProTeams

All 18 UCI WorldTeams will line up alongside seven ProTeams. Three squads earned automatic berths through their 2025 performances: Cofidis, Pinarello-Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team and Tudor Pro Cycling Team, the latter home to Julian Alaphilippe.

The remaining four wildcards went to Burgos-BH, Team Flanders-Baloise, TotalEnergies and Unibet Rose Rockets.

Defending champion Tadej Pogačar (UAE Team Emirates XRG) heads the favourites, with Wout van Aert (Team Visma-Lease a Bike) and three-time winner Mathieu van der Poel (Alpecin-Premier Tech) among the confirmed starters. Van der Poel could become the outright record holder with a fourth victory.

Uno-X Mobility, promoted to WorldTour status for 2026, will make their first appearance at the Ronde as a top-tier team.

Women's wildcards announced

Six teams received invitations to join the WorldTour squads in the women's race: Cofidis Women Team, Laboral Kutxa-Fundación Euskadi, Lotto Intermarché Ladies, Mayenne Monbana My Pie, St Michel-PREFERENCE HOME-Auber 93 and VolkerWessels Cycling Team.

Lotte Kopecky, the Belgian champion racing for SD Worx-Protime, is expected to lead the home challenge over the cobbles.

Course details

Both races share the decisive finale beginning on the Koppenberg with 45km remaining. The Oude Kwaremont and Paterberg combination follows, with the summit of the Paterberg positioned 13km from the finish on Oudenaarde's Minderbroedersstraat.

The men's route passes through six Tour Villages after leaving Antwerp, including Sint-Niklaas, Hamme, Erpe-Mere, Haaltert, Herzele and Zottegem. The first cobbled sectors appear on Lippenhovestraat and Paddestraat near Zottegem.

Organisers noted the Steenbeekdries sector has been removed from this year's parcours due to roadworks, though the Mariaborrestraat remains.

The men's winner is expected around 16:20, with the women's champion crossing the line at approximately 17:25.
