Uno-X Mobility traces back to Team Ringeriks-Kraft, a Norwegian Continental team founded in 2010. The fuel station chain Uno-X, part of the Reitan group, took the licence on for 2017 alongside two local clubs and ran it as Uno-X Hydrogen Development Team, then as Uno-X Norwegian Development Team from 2018. It became Uno-X Pro Cycling Team in 2020, the year it stepped up to ProTeam level, and took the Uno-X Mobility name for 2024.
The word Development sat in the name until 2020, and the early returns arrived at under-23 level. A feeder programme launched in September 2018 and took a UCI Continental licence of its own in 2021. Johan Price-Pejtersen and Søren Wærenskjold won the world under-23 time trial title in 2021 and 2022 while riding for the squad.
Jens Haugland led the team through the development years and the move up to ProTeam level. Thor Hushovd, the 2010 world road race champion, replaced him as general manager in January 2024.
A wildcard for the 2023 Tour de France gave the team its first Grand Tour start, and it was invited back in 2024 and 2025. Through 2025 the Tour was the only Grand Tour it rode, with no Giro or Vuelta invitation in that period. Alexander Kristoff joined for 2023 and Magnus Cort for 2024, bringing riders who had already won at WorldTour level into a roster otherwise recruited from Norway and Denmark.
Søren Wærenskjold won Omloop Het Nieuwsblad in 2025. Later that season Jonas Abrahamsen went clear on stage 11 of the Tour de France for the team's first Grand Tour stage win, Tobias Halland Johannessen finished sixth overall at the same race, and Anders Halland Johannessen won the Tour of Slovenia. The points banked across 2023 to 2025 were enough for promotion to the WorldTour for 2026.
Uno-X backs a separate women's squad that races under the same name.
