Team Picnic PostNL Women

Founded in 2011 as Skil Koga, the squad was the women's arm of the Dutch organisation Iwan Spekenbrink has run since he set it up in 2005. It raced as Team Skil-Argos in 2012, Team Argos-Shimano in 2013 and Team Giant-Shimano in 2014, then carried its own branding as Team Liv-Plantur across 2015 and 2016, backed by Giant's women's label Liv and the haircare brand Plantur.

From 2017 the women shared a name with the wider organisation again, riding as Team Sunweb through 2020, Team DSM from 2021, Team dsm-firmenich in 2023 and Team dsm-firmenich PostNL in 2024. The online supermarket Picnic replaced dsm-firmenich as title sponsor for 2025, racing alongside the Dutch postal and parcels group PostNL.

Kirsten Wild won the Ladies Tour of Qatar overall in 2013 under the Argos-Shimano name and again in 2014 as Giant-Shimano. Under Sunweb, Coryn Rivera won the 2017 Tour of Flanders, the first American winner of the women's race, and the squad took the team time trial at the 2017 world championships in Bergen with Rivera, Lucinda Brand, Ellen van Dijk, Leah Kirchmann, Floortje Mackaij and Sabrina Stultiens.

Lorena Wiebes rode for the team from 2020 to 2022, winning the first and fifth stages of the 2022 Tour de France Femmes before moving to SD Worx. Juliette Labous finished fourth overall at the same race, 53 seconds behind the third-placed Katarzyna Niewiadoma.

Charlotte Kool won the opening two stages of the 2024 Tour de France Femmes, in Rotterdam and The Hague. Pfeiffer Georgi joined in 2019 and was still on the roster in 2025, winning the British road race title in 2021, 2023 and 2024. Nienke Vinke won the young rider classification at the 2025 Tour de France Femmes, and Mara Roldan won a stage of that year's Tour of Britain Women from a late attack.
