Lidl-Trek Women

The squad was set up in 2018 by the management behind Trek's men's WorldTour programme and raced its first season in 2019. Lizzie Deignan signed as its leader before the team had a title sponsor, and Elisa Longo Borghini followed weeks later. Ina-Yoko Teutenberg was appointed head directeur sportif in August 2018, and Giorgia Bronzini retired at the end of that season to join her in the team car for 2019.

It was announced as a Trek Factory Racing squad, then became Trek-Segafredo in September 2018 when the Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group signed a co-title deal covering both of Trek's teams. It held a UCI Women's Team licence for 2019 and moved up to the Women's WorldTeam ranks for 2020. Both squads rebranded as Lidl-Trek on 30 June 2023, midway through the season. Lidl became majority owner of the team in October 2025.

Longo Borghini took the overall at Emakumeen Bira in 2019, and Deignan won the Women's Tour that year and La Course by Le Tour de France in 2020. The squad won the Vårgårda team time trial in 2019 and again in 2022.

Deignan won the first edition of Paris-Roubaix Femmes in 2021, going clear alone with around eighty kilometres to race and holding it to the velodrome. Longo Borghini won the same race a year later. Elisa Balsamo won Trofeo Alfredo Binda, Classic Brugge-De Panne and Gent-Wevelgem in 2022, all of them from sprints, and Ellen van Dijk took the world time trial title and the European road race title in 2021.

Longo Borghini won the Tour of Flanders and the Giro d'Italia Women in 2024, then left for UAE Team ADQ for 2025. Lidl-Trek won the team classification at the 2024 Tour de France Femmes, with Gaia Realini fifth overall. Deignan rode for the organisation from its first season until she retired during 2025.
