EF Education-Oatly

EF Education announced the squad in June 2023 and it began racing in 2024. It was a new registration rather than a continuation. EF had co-sponsored EF Education-TIBCO-SVB, but when TIBCO and Silicon Valley Bank withdrew their backing that team wound up, and EF built and ran a women's programme of its own alongside the men's EF Education-EasyPost. Esra Tromp, a former Dutch professional, was appointed to run it in 2023.

The first season was raced as EF Education-Cannondale, on the same bike supplier as the men's squad. The name became EF-Oatly-Cannondale in June 2024 when the Swedish oat drink company signed on, and EF Education-Oatly for 2025. The licence moved at a similar pace, from Continental level in 2024 to ProTeam in 2025 and a Women's WorldTour licence for 2026. The registration has been American throughout.

Kristen Faulkner gave the squad its defining result inside that first year, winning the Olympic road race in Paris in 2024 from a late attack. She took the United States road title in the same summer and again in 2025. Veronica Ewers had signed in August 2023, moving across from the TIBCO-SVB roster as it disbanded.

Magdeleine Vallieres won the world road race title in Kigali in 2025, the first Canadian winner of that championship. Noemi Rüegg won the Women's Tour Down Under overall in January 2025 and the Swiss road title in 2024. Kim Cadzow won the New Zealand time trial championship in 2024 and 2025 and the road title in 2025, and Alison Jackson took Gracia-Orlová overall in 2025.

Grand Tour results have come as individual stages rather than through a classification challenge. Jackson and Faulkner each won a stage of La Vuelta Femenina in 2024, Clara Emond won a stage of the Giro d'Italia Women that July, and Lotta Henttala won a stage of the Vuelta a Burgos Feminas in the same season.
