Visma | Lease a Bike Women

Team Jumbo-Visma announced a women's squad in October 2020, presenting it as the piece that would complete an organisation which until then had fielded only men. The riders were folded into the existing Dutch set-up and drew on the same staff, facilities and sponsors as the men's team. Racing began in 2021 on a UCI Women's Continental licence, and the squad was promoted to the Women's WorldTeam ranks for 2022.

It rode as Team Jumbo-Visma from 2021 to 2023 and took the Visma | Lease a Bike name for 2024, a rebrand applied across the whole organisation rather than to one squad. Its riders have won stages at all three women's Grand Tours: the Giro d'Italia Women, La Vuelta Femenina and the Tour de France Femmes.

Marianne Vos signed for the inaugural season and stayed through 2025. She won Gent-Wevelgem and the Amstel Gold Race in the spring of 2021, then took two stages and the points classification at the first Tour de France Femmes in 2022. A second Amstel Gold Race followed in 2024, along with the elite gravel world title, and she won the opening stage of the 2025 Tour de France Femmes to take the yellow jersey.

Pauline Ferrand-Prévot signed a three-year deal for 2024, returning to the road after years in mountain biking. She rode clear to win Paris-Roubaix Femmes in 2025, her first road win since 2015, then won the Tour de France Femmes that summer with the summit finish on the Col de la Madeleine and the stage into Châtel the day after. She was the first French winner of the Tour de France Femmes.

Cyclo-cross has been part of the programme from the start. Vos won the elite world title at Fayetteville in 2022, and Fem van Empel, who joined for 2023, took it in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
