Uno-X Mobility Women

Uno-X Mobility Women is a Norwegian squad backed by Uno-X, which runs unmanned fuel stations across Norway and Denmark. It was set up in 2021 to race from 2022, and took a UCI Women's WorldTeam licence straight away rather than spending a season at Continental level. It rode as Uno-X Pro Cycling Team through 2022 and 2023, then became Uno-X Mobility for 2024, sharing its name, its backing and its red and yellow kit with the men's squad.

Jens Haugland had been general manager of the Uno-X cycling organisation since 2016 and oversaw the women's team's launch. Thor Hushovd took the role on 1 February 2024, with both squads under him, and Haugland stayed on the board.

Recruitment has leaned Scandinavian, with Norwegian, Danish and Finnish riders at the core. Susanne Andersen, who came through Hitec Products before a spell at Team DSM, joined for the opening season in 2022 and was still winning for the team in 2025, taking Antwerp Port Epic Ladies and Ronde de Mouscron.

Anniina Ahtosalo signed for the launch as well and won the Finnish road race and time trial titles in every season from 2022 to 2025, adding the European under-23 time trial title in 2024. Katrine Aalerud arrived from Movistar for 2024 and took the Norwegian time trial title in 2024 and 2025.

The early seasons produced national championships and wins at the smaller one-day races rather than results at the top of the calendar. Mie Bjørndal Ottestad took the overall at the 2024 Tour de Normandie Féminin after riding into a break on the final stage, displacing Ellen van Dijk.

In 2025 Ottestad outsprinted Marlen Reusser on stage two of the Vuelta a Burgos Feminas, the squad's first stage win at Women's WorldTour level, and won the first edition of the Tour of Norway Women with a solo move in Stavanger. She took the Norwegian road title in the same season.
