AG Insurance-Soudal Team

The squad began in 2019 as Rogelli-Gyproc-APB, an under-23 team run out of Natascha den Ouden's Dutch development structure, which also carried a junior outfit. It took a UCI Continental licence in 2020 and raced as NXTG Racing for two seasons. AG Insurance arrived as title sponsor in March 2022, when the name changed mid-season from NXTG by Experza to AG Insurance-NXTG.

Patrick Lefevere's men's team tied itself to the project at the same time, and for 2023 the squad raced as AG Insurance-Soudal Quick-Step with its registration moved from the Netherlands to Belgium. The Quick-Step half of the name was dropped for 2024, the season the team stepped up to a Women's WorldTeam licence, and it has carried the AG Insurance-Soudal name from then.

Den Ouden left in March 2024, citing an insurmountable difference of vision, and AG Insurance took over as majority shareholder, with Jürgen Foré appointed chief executive the same year. Jolien D'Hoore joined as a sports director in 2022, a year after she stopped racing, and later became team manager.

A separately registered under-23 squad was set up in 2023, keeping the development pathway the team was built on. Charlotte Kool came through NXTG Racing, winning the Grand Prix d'Isbergues for it in 2021.

Sarah Gigante won the Tour Down Under overall in January 2024. Justine Ghekiere took stage 7 of the Tour de France Femmes later that year and won the mountains classification at both the Tour and the Giro d'Italia Women, then became Belgian road race champion in 2025.

In 2025 Kim Le Court won Liège-Bastogne-Liège and stage 5 of the Tour de France Femmes, and held the yellow jersey in the opening week. Gigante won two stages of the Giro d'Italia Women that year, took the mountains classification and finished third overall behind Elisa Longo Borghini and Marlen Reusser.
