Liège-Bastogne-Liège 2026 brings the world's best riders to the Ardennes on Sunday, April 26, for the final Monument of the spring Classics. With the men's race promising a showdown between the three most exciting riders of the season so far, and the women's race offering Demi Vollering (FDJ-SUEZ) a chance to extend her winning form this season, this may be the most exciting Classic yet.
Whether you're at home or abroad, here's how to watch live, with all official TV channels, legitimate free streams, and a way to keep access to your home subscription securely through a VPN while travelling.

Race Favourites
The men's race sets up as another duel between Tadej Pogačar (UAE Team Emirates) and Remco Evenepoel (Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe), though the biggest wild card may be Paul Seixas after his Flèche Wallonne victory earlier this week, where he even topped Pogačar's best time on the Mur de Huy.
The women's field is similarly loaded, with Demi Vollering (FDJ-SUEZ), Lotte Kopecky (SD Worx-Protime) and Kasia Niewiadoma-Phinney among the headline contenders. The late Ardennes climbs – and specifically La Redoute – should decide both races. We give our tips on when specifically to tune in to catch those climbs below.

Using a VPN Legally While Travelling
Broadcasters often limit streams to viewers in the country where they hold the rights. If you're travelling, a VPN lets you securely connect to your home region so you can keep watching your existing paid or free account from abroad.
Velora Choice: NordVPN
Use a secure VPN connection to watch cycling on your existing subscription services or free streams while you’re away from home. Always follow local laws and your provider’s terms of use.
Our editorial team uses NordVPN by choice, we all purchased it independently to watch cycling races wherever we are.
- 8,400+ VPN servers covering 167+ locations
- One of the fastest VPNs on the market
- Protection from surveillance & cyberthreats
- Use NordVPN on up to 10 devices
How to do it:
- Download NordVPN, our recommended VPN for streaming while travelling.
- Connect to your home country (e.g., UK for TNT Sports / HBO Max or France for france.tv).
- Open your usual broadcaster's site or app and start watching.
Velora never endorses bypassing broadcast rights. A VPN should only be used to access official services, whether paid or free-to-air, while abroad.
Always use legitimate platforms. Unofficial streams often breach copyright and can expose viewers to malware or fake ads.
When to watch Liège-Bastogne-Liège
As detailed in our race preview, and our 60-second guide (below) the key tactical race moment will fall at La Redoute. In the men's race, that comes 34km before the finish. That will likely fall between 15:15 and 15:30 CEST.
In the women's race, La Redoute will be just as pivotal, falling at the same distance from the finish but in a shorter race of 156km. We expect the women's peloton to reach La Redoute between 16:48 and 16:58.
In both races, we'd suggest tuning in 10 minutes ahead, and then until the finish as it will be full gas from there.
