Tour de France Femmes 2026 route
The 2026 Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift covers 1,175km across nine stages, its longest edition yet, running from Lausanne to Nice. There are no rest days between 1 and 9 August.
The race crosses three ranges, the Jura, the Massif Central and the Alps, for 18,795m of total climbing. Three flat stages, three hilly stages, two mountain stages and one time trial share the work.
Key climbs and the Mont Ventoux queen stage
Stage 7 is the queen stage, finishing on Mont Ventoux by way of Bédoin, 15.7km at 8.8%. It is the first time the women's Tour has finished on the Giant of Provence.
The Col de la Faucille (11.4km at 6.3%) opens the Jura on stage 3, the Mont Brouilly wall closes stage 5 in the Beaujolais, and stage 6 climbs the Col de Lalouvesc in the Ardèche.
The Dijon time trial and the Nice finale
The 21km individual time trial from Gevrey-Chambertin to Dijon on stage 4 sets the first real general classification gaps.
The race closes with a 99km stage around Nice that climbs the Col d'Èze four times, a final chance to overturn the standings.
