NSN Cycling Team(NSN)

The squad was founded in November 2014 by Ron Baron and Ran Margaliot as the Israel Cycling Academy, set up to give Israeli riders a route into the international peloton alongside experienced professionals. It raced as Cycling Academy Team through 2015 and 2016, took the Israel Cycling Academy name from 2017, and stepped up from Continental to Professional Continental level that same year.

In 2018 the team rode Milan-San Remo and the Giro d'Italia for the first time. The Giro opened in Jerusalem that May, the first stages of any Grand Tour held outside Europe, and co-owner Sylvan Adams had financed a large share of the cost of bringing the race there. Ruben Plaza took second on stage 18 for the squad's best result of that Giro.

The team was renamed Israel Start-Up Nation for 2020 and promoted to the WorldTour for the same season. Alex Dowsett won stage eight of the 2020 Giro for its first Grand Tour stage win, and Chris Froome signed for 2021. In December 2020 it appointed Cherie Pridham as a sports director, the first woman to hold that role at a men's WorldTour team.

Premier Tech joined as co-title sponsor for 2022 and the squad became Israel-Premier Tech. It was relegated from the WorldTour at the end of that season. Hugo Houle won a Tour de France stage in 2022, dedicating it to his late brother, and Michael Woods won stage nine of the 2023 Tour on the Puy de Dôme.

In November 2025 the entertainment company Never Say Never and the investment platform Stoneweg took over the structure, and it raced as NSN Cycling Team from 2026 under a Swiss licence, based in Barcelona and Girona. Andrés Iniesta was presented as a co-owner that December. Premier Tech left to co-title Alpecin for 2026, and the squad returned to the WorldTour for the same season.
