Fenix-Premier Tech

The squad was launched in May 2020 by the Alpecin-Fenix organisation, set up so its cyclo-cross riders had somewhere to race on the road for the rest of the year. It began as Ciclismo Mundial, took the name Plantur-Pura in 2021 after the German haircare firm Dr Wolff and the Dutch materials brand Pura, and raced as Fenix-Deceuninck from 2023. Premier Tech replaced Deceuninck as co-title sponsor for 2026, across this squad and the men's team.

Philip and Christoph Roodhooft, the brothers behind the men's team and the Belgian cyclo-cross programme it grew out of, ran the women's squad from its founding as general manager and team manager. Deceuninck, a Belgian window profile maker, had backed the men's team from 2022. The women's squad raced on a UCI Women's Continental licence from 2020 to 2022 and stepped up to the Women's WorldTeam tier in 2023. The registration has stayed Belgian through every name change.

Puck Pieterse joined the road squad in 2021 and became the rider it was built around, keeping a cyclo-cross and mountain bike calendar alongside it. She took the cross-country mountain bike world title and the under-23 road world title in 2024, and won stage 4 of that year's Tour de France Femmes into Liège, finishing the race in the young rider's white jersey. La Flèche Wallonne followed in 2025.

Ceylin del Carmen Alvarado, world cyclo-cross champion in 2020, won at Baal, Overijse and Brussels in the 2021 cross season. Across the 2025-26 winter she took the World Cup round at Zonhoven while Pieterse won at Maasmechelen and Hoogerheide, and at the world championships in Hulst in February 2026 Alvarado finished second and Pieterse third behind Lucinda Brand.

On the road, Yara Kastelijn won a Tour de France Femmes stage at Rodez in 2023, Pauliena Rooijakkers finished third overall in 2024, and Niamh Fisher-Black was fifth in 2025.
