X2O Badkamers Trofee - Koppenbergcross

The Koppenbergcross takes the cyclo-cross field onto the Koppenberg, the narrow cobbled climb in Oudenaarde best known from the Tour of Flanders. The race has been held on the hill since 1988, with a women's race added in 2002, and it is part of the X2O Badkamers Trofee. It runs on 1 November, All Saints' Day and a public holiday in Belgium, which brings big crowds to the slopes. In wet weather the climb turns to mud and riders are often forced to run it.
